The CD-ROM of the basic game contains an installer that is PowerPC only.I have to check if everything still works out with larger cities, but I guess everything is better than hard-resetting a frozen machine. Even force-quitting the application did not work, so unfortunately I had to power off the machine the hard way :-(Īfter installing the UB patch, the tutorial ran fine. Although in theory it should be possible to run the PowerPC application via Rosetta emulation, this did not work well on my machine: The game froze as soon as I ran the tutorial and I was unable to do anything about it.
